You just need fire and corn and maybe some local herbs and butter to really make it snap in your mouth. Really sweet corn has a great flavor for kids and a little butter and salt or a long way in making this a favor among all.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

  • Leave the corn in the husk. Soak in water for about an hour.

  • Place on the grill at about 350°F (177°C) for about an hour.

  • When you peel the husk, the silk magically disappears!
