  • Cat Fish Fillets

  • GMG Fish Rub

  • Lemon Juice

  • Milk

  • Water

In spite of the fact that these Catfish rank among the most aesthetically-challenged, you can really make a tasty, healthy meal out of them. They have a ton of protein and are an excellent source of selenium, Vitamin B-12, potassium, and niacin.

Let’s Get Started:

  • Buy the farm-raised fillets from your grocer, and brine them in the refrigerator in a mixture of milk, water, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes before you grill them.

  • Then pat them dry and sprinkle both sides with GMG Fish Rub.

  • Grill the filets on a frogmat or a piece of aluminum foil at about 400°F (204°C) for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes with a fork. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
